The naturally aspirated 6.0L V12, a true masterpiece of mechanical nobility, delivers 576 horsepower at 6,650 rpm—without a trace of turbocharging. Paired with the remarkable 8-speed Touchtronic III automatic gearbox, mounted at the rear (transaxle), it propels the car from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.8 seconds and delivers linear acceleration all the way to 323 km/h, accompanied by an organic roar—an unmistakable Aston Martin signature.
The Carbon Black Edition is the Vanquish in evening attire. A highly refined special edition, dressed in a hand-applied multi-layered Onyx Black metallic paint, accented with gloss black details, unique 20-inch black wheels, and exposed carbon fiber—even on the mirror caps. The result is a grand tourer with magnetic and intimidating presence, never crossing into ostentation.
Inside, the ambiance is both hushed and dramatic: Obsidian black leather, Alcantara, red contrast stitching, matte carbon fiber, and dark anodized inserts. Every material is hand-selected and assembled at the Gaydon facility. The second-generation Vanquish is also the last Aston GT to combine classic design with a fully naturally aspirated engine, before the DB11’s switch to turbocharging.
