“Leo the Landy was born in 1993 as a police vehicle, piled up with Turkish crooks in traffic, driving in and around the city of Istanbul. The police officer that bought Leo after finishing the job, moved to the Netherlands and brought Leo, where I found it at a Landrover specialist in the eastern part of the country.
While looking for a campervan in early spring 2022, my brother found Leo online, so I drove for two hours to check him out, and was sold in half an hour. Exchanged my 2015 Range Rover autobiography and loved Leo ever since.

Leo combines modern safari with luxury living. The camper- conversion was finished spring 2023 and includes a fully equipped kitchen with running water and a fresh water tank of 40L, gas-stove with full size gasbun, 25L fridge, 360w solar panel with inverter and batteries, a memory-foam bed of 2.00 x 1.20meter, tons of storage space and a diesel heater for the colder nights. Fully insulated and finished with only the best materials and painting.”
