Het zwitserse kentekenbewijs is ook nog aanwezig. In Nederland is vervolgens het motorblok volledig gereviseerd. Hier zijn nog een aantal foto’s van beschikbaar. Het is duidelijk zichtbaar dat deze auto met zeer veel liefde en passie is onderhouden.

Rijden in deze prachtige Mercedes-Benz 280 SE Coupé is werkelijk een aangename belevenis. De automatische versnellingsbak schakelt bijzonder goed en de 2778 cc 6-cilinder motor loopt heerlijk rustig en soepel. De auto stuurt soepel en en comfortabel. Ook de remmen voelen heel goed en degelijk aan.

This beautiful and very stylish Mercedes-Benz W111 280 SE Coupé is truly a beauty to behold. This is not only due to the unique and special Copper Metallic color of the body, but mainly due to the beautiful design of this German classic. The car is from 1969 and therefore one of the later coupé versions of the Mercedes-Benz W111. For that time it was not only a very luxurious car, but also a car where various safety systems (including roll cage and crumple zone) were used.

This beautiful Mercedes-Benz 280 SE Coupé is still in very good and almost perfect condition. The paintwork is still very good and still has a very nice shine. The car was fully restored in the 1990s and then maintained with great care. The chrome parts and the trim parts are also still in very good condition.
